Shelby Lunderman 12th President Shelby Lunderman is a senior excited to be a third-year officer and the company's President. In her three years at Bowie she has participated in fifteen productions including SUDDENLY LAST SUMMER as Catharine, TRIANGLE FACTORY FIRE PROJECT as Yetta Lubitz, and A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM as Titania. When asked what it is that she loves most about the Starlight Theatre Company, Shelby replied, "The wondrous quality of this company to change a bad day to good and to put a smile on your face makes every single moment worth it. This department provides more than amazing shows, it teaches us the morals and values necessary to become good people." When not exhibiting that passion on and off stage, Shelby enjoys dancing and is a member of Bowie's PAL Program. Shelby plans on majoring in child psychology with a minor in theatre education to bring theatre to kids in hospitals.

Jessica Smith 12th Vice-President Jessica Smith is a senior anticipating an exhilarating year as a returning officer and company Vice President. In her last three years at Bowie, she participated in twelve productions including SUDDENLY LAST SUMMER as Mrs. Violet Venable, TOTALLY RED! as Woody, and Donna Johnna in MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING as well as being the Assistant Director. When asked what she loves about the Starlight Theatre Company, Jessica said "This company has become an escape for me. Being surrounded by such talented and hardworking people motivates me to push myself beyond all limits. I have grown so much since my freshman year and have been given an unbelievable amount of opportunities and so much to be thankful for. Cornwell and Bazan have given me a world of hope and determination that I never would have imagined had I not been a part of this company. I honestly believe I can do anything." Jessica is an active member of French Club, French National Honor Society, and the National Honor Society. After high school Jessica will use the knowledge and experience she has obtained in this program to make a difference and inspire others to exceed their limitations. |

Casey Watson 12th Secretary Casey Watson is looking forward to being a senior director and Secretary in his fourth year with the Starlight Theatre Company. In his four years, Casey has been in thirteen productions with the company including AIDA, Chicago, Six Degrees of Separation, and Hollywood Arms. When Casey graduates, he hopes to attend the University of Texas to study film.

Robyn Ward 11th Secretary Robyn Ward is excited to be a Co-Secretary and officer for the company this year. During two years in the company, Robyn has participated in ten productions, including Catherine in PROOF, The Baroness in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and Barbara in RUN FOR YOUR WIFE. Robyn says that “being involved in theatre is one of the most demanding things I’ve ever done, but you know it’s all worth it when you finally step on that stage with your best friends by your side.” In her free time, Robyn loves to sing, dance, explore Austin, and enjoy nature!

Andrea Flowers 11th Treasurer Andrea Flowers, a junior, is overjoyed to join Katie Clark in their position of Co-Treasurers this year in the Starlight Theatre Company. In her two years in the company, Andrea has participated in ten productions including Anita in THE WRONG TURN AT LUNGFISH, Helena in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, Liesl in THE SOUND OF MUSIC and Helen in HOLLYWOOD ARMS. When asked why she loves the company, Andrea said, "The Company and the stage gives anybody and everybody a chance to be content with ourselves, our whole selves, and to have wonderful people around us love us for who we are. I love the thought of knowing that we are all one big, happy and sometimes dysfunctional, family." When not with her theatre family, Andrea enjoys playing her guitar, writing songs, watching and reading old romances, being outdoors, and spending time with the people she loves. She aspires to be a famous country singer and would love for one day her dream of singing her own songs in front of huge crowds to come true.

Katie Clark 11th Treasurer Katie Clark is a junior who is thrilled to be Co-Treasurer. Over the past two years in the Company, Katie has participated in eight productions including A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM as Puck, EAST OF THE SUN as Ancilla the Ice Witch, and THE LAST NIGHT OF BALLYHOO as Boo Levy. She says that her favorite part of the Company is the people. "Every person in the Starlight Theatre Company is so dedicated and so welcoming. I have made so many friends, had so many role models, and seen so many leaders from this program. I hope that I can be that person for someone else in this company." When she's not acting, Katie enjoys reading, watching movies, doing crosswords, eating Snow-Cones, and doing philanthropy. After high school, Katie wants to pursue a degree in Communications and work for a non-profit organization like Invisible Children.

Michelle Chavez 12th Historian Michelle Chavez is a Senior and is very excited to be a second-year Historian. In her past three years with the company she has participated in thirteen productions including AIDA (Chorus Member), A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (Helena), TOTALLY RED! (Assistant Director), and THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK (Anne Frank). Michelle marvels at each company member's dedication, talent, and kindness. "It is amazing how much we do in this company. Mrs. Cornwell and Mr. Bazan work so hard to make sure that each person feels comfortable and gets a shot at working on shows. I feel so comfortable in this department, and it has become a second home to me." In the few spare moments when Michelle isn't at rehearsals, performances, or workdays, she enjoys watching old black and white films, hanging out with her mom and friends, photography, baking, and being outdoors. After high school Michelle aspires to major in Business and minor in Photography. |
Blaire Beasley 11th Historian Blaire Beasley is so excited for her junior year as Co-Historian. In her past two years as a member of the company, she has participated in seven productions including her roles as Maid Marion in ROBIN HOOD, Mary Smith in RUN FOR YOUR WIFE, and Corie Bratter in BAREFOOT IN THE PARK. When asked why she loves the company, Blaire said, "This company has brought me confidence and taught me to believe in myself. It's such a tight-knit group of people who you can count on to be there for you. The Starlight Theatre Company has given me the opportunity to grow." In her spare time, Blaire enjoys cooking, reading love stories, swimming at Barton Springs, and especially, being with her friends. After high school, she aspires to become a civil engineer or a geometry teacher. |

Adam Bishop 12th Technical Director Adam Bishop is a senior looking forward to his second year as Technical Director. In his two years at with the company he has teched fourteen Starlight Theatre shows, including lights for the UIL production of HOLLYWOOD ARMS, technical director for THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and sound for MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, as well as numerous other Bowie productions. When not working in the theatre, Adam enjoys reading, playing sports, hanging out with friends, and, when he gets the chance, playing video games. Adam plans to tech every show he can at Bowie while training the younger technicians to take his place when he leaves. After high school, Adam wants to continue in Technical Theatre, and hopes to major in Lighting Design in college. |

Emily Smith 11th Public Relations Emily Smith is a junior excited to take on her new responsibility as Head of Public Relations for the Bowie Starlight Theatre Company. In her two years in the company she has participated in seven productions, including THE CHILDREN’S HOUR as Karen Wright, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM as Hermia, and RUN FOR YOUR WIFE as Detective Sergeant Porterhouse. When asked what she loved most about the company, Emily replied “I feel that here more than any other department at Bowie, everyone gets the chance to be an individual. Since my first show I have met so many hardworking and amazing people who all gave me a chance and have helped me grow so much as a person, and I'm forever grateful. I can't imagine my high school years without these shows and the memories from them, and am so excited for my next two years to just learn all I can about what I love most.” In her free time Emily enjoys dancing, photography, traveling with her family, watching classic movies, reading and spending time with her friends, whom she loves dearly. Though still unsure of her plans after high school, Emily aspires to be a high school teacher or owning and managing her own inn.

Connor Vaughn 12th Props Master Connor Vaughn, a senior at Bowie, will be a second-year officer. In his free time, he always likes to hang out with his friends. He believes the Starlight Theatre Company contains the most dedicated kids at James Bowie High School. Connor appeared as Benedick in MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, Fritz in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and Jody in HOLLYWOOD ARMS last year. |

Logan Thomas 12th Communications Logan Carl Thomas is a Senior at Bowie. He is a Starlight Theatre company officer as well as a Senior Director. Besides helping to direct past shows at Bowie, he has also participated in performances such as AIDA, SIX DEGREES OF SEPARATION, and HOLLYWOOD ARMS. In the future he wishes to pursue a career in either veterinary medicine or wildlife management by studying at Sul Ross University next year. In what little spare time he has from theatre, he enjoys spending time on his ranch and with his friends. |

Archnashree Nellan 11th Costume Mistress Archnashree Nellan is a junior anxiously awaiting her first year as Co-Costume Mistress. In her Freshmen and Sophomore yeasr at Bowie, Archnashree has participated in ten productions, including CRIMES OF THE HEART as Lenny Magrath, JUNGAL BOOK as Grey the Wolf; and THE CHILDREN'S HOUR as Rosalie Wells. When asked about the Starlight Theatre Company, Archnashree said, “The company is filled with such bright and colorful personalities and it truly is extraordinary how we all come together seamlessly and create beauty on stage. We are a real family and we always try to help each other be the best person we can be. Like in High School Musical, we are all in this together.” After high school Archnashree would like to pursue a career that encompasses all of her strengths and that helps those less fortunate than she. |

Sarah Humphrey 12th Props Mistress Sarah Humphrey is a senior incredibly excited for her next year with the Starlight Theatre Company as Props Mistress. In her three years at Bowie she has participated in ten shows, including JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH as Centipede, THE CHILDRENS HOUR as Agatha, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING as Beatrice, and Light Tech for WRONG TURN AT LUNGFISH. When asked what she loves most about this theatre company she said “This is the one place in the entire school where I feel like I belong. Everyone is just as crazy as me, and I love how I have been accepted into this incredible organization. Each member brings their own attitude and talent to the table.” When not going crazy in theatre, Sarah loves to dance and also helps teach a dance class at Bowie. Sarah hopes to keep in touch with many of the friends she has made in the company after high school while she is earning her degree in speech therapy. |

Danielle Herrin 11th Librarian Danielle Herrin is a junior excited for her first year as the company librarian. In her two years at Bowie she has participated in many productions including FIFTH OF JULY as Shirley, SUDDENLY LAST SUMMER as Miss Foxhill, and as Carol in BLACK COMEDY. When asked what it is that she loves most about theatre, Danielle said that "theatre is a beautiful gift that we are given to use for expressing out inner being.” When not exhibiting that passion for theatre, Danielle enjoys dancing and is a yearbook editor. |

James Wagener 12th House Manager James Wagener is a senior and a first year officer who is thrilled to take on the responsibilities of House Manager this year. Two years ago he joined Technical Theater to receive his fine arts credit, but little did he know that he would become so involved as a technician of the Starlight Theater Company. Last year, James teched six shows including Lights for MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING and Sound for the UIL competition play, HOLLYWOOD ARMS, as well as multiple dance and school organized performances. When asked what he loves about the company he explained that it's all about how everyone works towards a common goal and “always gives 100 percent. I'm blessed to be able to contribute to a department full of talented students and selfless hard workers.” During his limited free time, James enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies, and playing the occasional pick up football game. After High School James plans on double majoring in Lighting Design and Finance. |

Jon Scott 11th Web Master Jon Scott is very excited for his junior year as STC Webmaster. In his past two years in the Starlight Theatre Company he has participated in ten productions, including his roles as Red Chief in THE RANSOM OF RED CHIEF, T-Bone in RAG AND BONE, and Friedrich in THE SOUND OF MUSIC. When asked why Jon Scott puts so much time and effort to the company he replied, "A company such as this deserves nothing less than 100% everyday. I don't just learn about theatre but how to be a better person, and to learn that in such a fun way as this is truly a blessing." Outside of school, Jon Scott loves to play guitar and sing, read, chill, and play Ultimate Frisbee. After High school Jon Scott hopes to attend Georgetown University in D.C. and then return to Texas to become a teacher. |
